Beverly lead the yoga/stretching/pilates class and she was great. I came from an 8 hour shift at the hospital and was not exactly in the mood for something intense, and this session was the perfect balance of stretching, toning, and relaxation. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. Will definitely be back.
