Boxing Gym

I bought a sweater designed by one of music city boxing's great coaches and it was a huge hit as a holiday gift.  Music city boxing is a great community with friendly coaches.  Your fellow boxers and exercisers feel like teammates even though it's an individual sport.  Working out while other people are sparring is way more fun than working out at a gym where people ignore each other and the gym blasts EDM music.

fitness centered powerhouse of fun and goal oriented people. Wether
you want to learn the fundamentals of boxing, train as a
competitive fighter, or just achieve your fitness goals while
learning a new skill, then Music City Boxing is for you! We have a
variety of classes that include strength training, weight training,
kettle bells, and of course boxing fundamentals.
