Boxing is one of the most difficult and most rewarding things I've done. I'm not a fighter but I want to stay fit and boxing has been a great way to learn how to move, how to strike and how to breathe. The coaching here is excellent and the people you'll meet are quality. I've been coming to this gym for nearly two years and I'm always stoked to walk in and see what's happening. There is lots more to learn. A great facility with the essentials to get you strong.
