Bryan is your friendly neighborhood fitness coach, dedicated to helping people build a positive, sustainable relationship with health and fitness. With experience working with individuals across all ages and abilities, he knows that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach—which is why he’s all about finding the right modifications and progressions to help you crush your goals. His personal motto? “Find the right mod for your bod!”A firm believer in lifelong learning, Bryan has built a well-rounded foundation in movement science. His education includes certifications and coursework in CrossFit, NASM Personal Training, Anatomy Trains in Motion, Rehab-U Movement Optimization, and First Principles of Movement. He is also currently pursuing a Pre- and Postnatal Fitness certification through Girls Gone Strong, further expanding his expertise in supporting clients through all stages of life.When he’s not coaching, Bryan is out exploring NYC’s food scene, training for 5Ks, and navigating the adventures of fatherhood as he raises a strong, confident daughter. He’s here to help you discover what works best for your body and build a fitness routine that feels both effective and empowering!
