--Tuesday & Thursday are upper body bases HIIT Strength
training
--Wednesday is Leg and glutes
--Friday is Power lifting your core movements (squat, bench,
deadlift)
--Saturday 10:30am is boxing
--Sunday 10:00am is conditioning
