Yoga, aerial yoga, for all and pole dancing classes for the everyday woman. Our classes are kept small so you get lots of personal attention. No experience required, we specialize in beginners! Private Groups, Girls Night Out and Bachelorette parties too! See you soon!  I'm normally close by so if you come by when I'm not in the studio, give us a ring and I can meet you at the studio. Other requests, private lessons and small private groups available by appointment also!
