My first time here was Booty Basics with Lisa and it was amazing. Everyone is very friendly. You WILL be sore the next day, so be prepared. Haha! They encourage you to love your body and shake your thang with no shame!! Can't wait to go back again next week!

Had a private lesson with Lisa. Child she worked EVERY muscle in my body and taught me SO much I couldn’t thank her enough. I had do much fun and feel confident in the moves I learned.

My first time going I took Sexy Stretch because Pole 1 sold out so quickly because of limited spots due to CoVid. The place is beautiful, the instructors are great, and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

Such a great atmosphere! I returned after a several year hiatus and it’s like I’ve been going the whole time. The staff is welcoming and engaging, not at all afraid to make you sweat! The camaraderie is obvious and will pull you in. Definitely adding Xpose back into my regular routine.
