Frias and Allie Weeks. Our vision revolves around the integration
of physical and mental wellness in a space designed to empower,
uplift, and strengthen every aspect of your life. Through a diverse
array of services such as Counseling, Massage Therapy, Athletic
Therapy, Acupuncture, Eating Disorder Coaching, and Personal
Training, we offer a holistic approach tailored to your individual
needs.
Jacklyn's 2016 venture, JF
Fitness and Therapy, focuses on the intersection of fitness and
mental health, while Allie's Mobility RX, established in 2020,
specializes in comprehensive care for various physical limitations.
Now, united under Thrive, we bring together years of experience and
expertise.
This collaboration is the
realization of a shared dream—a multidisciplinary space that is
inviting, non-judgmental, and safe, catering to all your physical
and mental needs. At Thrive, we aspire to create an environment
