Welcome to Z Body® Fitness! Reno’s premiere dance fitness studio dedicated to Zumba fitness.

Celebrating over 10 years of service in Reno Nevada!

The studio is over 1,500sf of dance floor with a complete state of the art night club light/sound system.

Classes are taught in a modern setting, by experienced, AFAA certified, and licensed Zumba® Fitness instructors.

We offer various styles of Zumba® classes to fit your personality, schedule and budget.

The studio is equipped with two changing rooms, two restrooms, cubbies for your belongings, fans throughout, and refreshing central air conditioning.

The studio is locally owned and operated by a native Nevadan, AFAA® certified, dancer, choreographer, Zumba® enthusiast and former Zumba Jammer®.

If you love to dance, and know the importance of cardio fitness in staying healthy and fit, but hate the word “exercise”, then Zumba® Fitness is for you!

We are COVID-19 Compliant; Masks are required and optional only while attending class. Changing rooms and cubbies are temporarily unavailable.

Due to social distancing requirements, space is limited so reservations are HIGHLY recommended.
