Sunny has been teaching pole and dance for over 10 years.

Jasmine has been teaching pole for over 3 years. She enjoys focusing on strength and cardio endurance training. In 2019, she placed second in the PSO-Atlantic Division, Entertainment Level 4 category.

A few years ago I bought six pole dancing classes as a joke. I thought it would be cool to learn a few tricks and tell the story about “that one time I took pole dancing classes”. I was under the mistaken impression that it would be fun and super easy but I was only right on one account! I like to joke and say I have ADD when it comes to exercise. Eventually classes get boring and machines get tedious so I was always looking for something new. Pole dancing provided both the challenge and versatility that I was looking for. Three years later I'm still learning and still falling but I love every minute of it! Now I'm instructing and being able to pass on what I've learned to other women feels amazing. I try to let them all know that everyone has to start somewhere and most of us look silly and/or fall down the first time we try it out, but the most important thing is to get back up stick to it!
