I have always been one to work out at home, mainly for the sake of time spent driving to the gym. Lately there have been too many distractions at home that have interfered with working out. I decided to join Di-Hard Fitness in order to get out of the house so that I can focus on a workout without seeing all the things needing to be done at home that either cut my workout time short or derail it altogether. Three weeks in and I feel amazing and can already see changes in my strength and endurance.
