Kyle

Kyle’s lifelong passion for health, movement, and performance led him to play sports growing up and compete in powerlifting during high school. He studied Anatomy and Physiology at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, and worked at a physical therapy clinic for 3, deepening his understanding of proper training and rehabilitation practices. After graduating in 2019, he remained in SLO and found his true passion in fitness and performance coaching. He loves seeing clients meet their goals and have the ability to create the life they want. Kyle is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and is deeply interested in the study of functional neurology. He moved to Santa Barbara with his girlfriend in the summer of 2021 and is excited to be a part of the Prevail team!
