Starting off the new year on a great note!
Really glad that the missus and I signed up for FBSF; it's something healthy to do together, which is a great thing, over all -- loved the meet-n-greet and the sample class on NYE, and it was a no-brainer for us... Donna and Mark are A-1, solid, good people, for sure :)
The gym is well lit, well equipped YET with room to move, and clean facilities is a big plus -- they are professional in demeanor, kind and considerate, and they provide and promote an inspirational and safe environment, without being pushy, intense or disengenuous in any way. . .
First class was supposed to be with Liz, and Mark filled in and got us off on a great note; the pace was not frenetic, and provided a great mix of cardio, core, and full-body exercises with a variety of options in which they can be done -- that keeps it fresh and makes me feel really confident, as far as being able to challenge my own self, set goals and see discernible gains over the next month. . . :50 goes by surprisingly quickly, too, which was cool. . .
