This class is like no other exercise class I’ve taken. It’s challenging and fun. I am feeling it in muscles I never knew I had. Cathi is Amazing and keeps you motivated to really push yourself and embrace your inner strength. I love it!!

Kelly
Kelly Alifano comes to Fluid Power Fitness with an extensive background in dance and teaching. She holds a BFA in dance from Adelphi University, an M.A. in Dance Education from New York University, and an M.F.A. in choreography from Sarah Lawrence College. Kelly studied anatomy and kinesiology with renowned teacher Peggy Gould, and is certified in Pilates reformer. She is the co-director of modern dance company Dualdance, and her work has been presented in New York City venues such as Steps, Waxworks, The Complex, Joyce Soho, and University Settlement, as well as The Philadelphia Fringe Festival, Boulder International Festival, and in Massachusetts as the recipient of the Field’s Artward Bound Residency award. Kelly performed with Long Island’s Circle of Dance Repertory Company from 2005-2012 and currently teaches at Variations, a Dancer’s Studio in Huntington. She and her husband are the proud parents of two beautiful girls, Stella and Lola.
