Previously being 300lbs and having limits by others placed on me because of it, I aspired to teach to challenge myself and show if you dream it you can do it. I love teaching and instilling an I can do it feeling in my students. I hope that each of my students walks away from class feeling strong and empowered. There is no limit on what you and your body can do. I believe in you and will do all I can to help you be your best version of yourself!

Otherwise known as “Blumberg”, you'll see me teaching Pound! I connect so much to the idea of rhythm, community drumming, and that women can be angry. So often, women are told to be dainty or to take crap without getting upset. Pound is the opportunity to come together with other amazing women, and let out all the stuff we keep bottled up. I love the opportunity to come together and really hit the floor on a bad day... or even a good one!

You'll see me teaching Zumbini! My favorite things about being a Zumbini instructor is watching the kids do something new each week. Hearing them sing along, for the first time. The cuteness of wanting to sing about silly things. Watching them dance and smile. Giving them their diplomas, at the end of the session. The bonds that form, between me and the kids.... that form between all the kids....and the bonds that form between the caregivers and kids. It's not just a class...they're all in this learning thing, together. May as well have fun together.
