At Underground Training we offer large and small group training
on the North Fork. 30 and 45 minute classes vary in size from 10-14
people so you can be sure you are getting a great workout with
personal attention. Private and small group training appointments
are also available, please email for availability and pricing.
                 
   
Cancellation Policy:  For all morning classes please cancel
by 8pm the night before.  Failure to do so will result in loss
of a class pass or a $15 charge for unlimited members.  For
evening classes please cancel at least 2 hours prior to the class
start time.  All classes have a 5 person minimum to take
place.
