The biggest secret in Winnipeg Hockey training is out.  We
have been training since 2007.  We have helped many of the top
prospects with their in-season and off season training. 
Players trained have been NHL/WHL Drafted, playing in AHL, WHL,
CIS, ECHL, MJHL, AJHL, SJHL, KJHL, MMJHL, WHSHL  along with
Provincial/City AAA, AA, A1.  
Our CXT Hardcore Hockey Training Centre is dedicated for off ice
training.  We have various hockey-specific devices to improve
your game including:  Skating machine, turf, prowler, racks,
trx training along with traditional weights (age appropriate),
kettle bells..
We are also famous for our Speed Training utilizing methods that
make our players faster than they've ever been.
Got ICE?  We do.  Our highly sought
after scrimmage-based skates start in July and run into late
August/early September which prepare you for tryouts and the
upcoming season.  
The reason we are successful is because we know you.  As a
person, an athlete and a player.  The same trainer in the
gym, is on the ice at all skates in the
summer.  We see what needs to be improved and honed.  The
skates build confidence as players enjoy ample more puck
touches and icetime than traditional camps/skates.  We see up
close the vision, effort, fitness level, interaction with others,
as well as the commitment level of each athlete.
