Sergeant's Fitness Concepts has proven to be a successful program. I participate in a boot camp class and have been amazed how each exercise routine is unique and customizable. You have varying fitness levels in one class and it is adaptable to each individual. With that in mind it is a motivating and encouraging environment as we support each other through each class. The owner Tom has kept his program and instructors relevant and has the ability to attract talented staff. I continue to be challenged and impressed with this fun exercise program. I strongly believe so much more can be gained at a boot camp class than navigating your way through a standard gym. Thank you Tom for continuing to push each of us to reach our fitness potential.
