Just wanted to say thanks for making it possible for people to start/keep working out, especially in these crazy times. I hadn't worked out in a year and a half. Hadn't lost baby weight, felt old, tired, soft, and sluggish. 3 months into this pandemic, I feel better than I have in ages. I especially appreciate the option to work out in my own home WITH you. I know I'm never going to be where I was physically when I was consistently working out 5 days a week, but at 41 years old, I've lost a few pounds to be at my lowest weight since 2 pregnancies ago, feel so much stronger and more clear-headed, able to keep up with my kids, and just happier with how I feel on a consistent basis. At this stage of my life, fitness isn't all about winning races, but feeling better in real life. Thank you for all you do to enable us to do what we do!
Tom earned his Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania in 1994. After college, Tom spent over 5 years in the Army as an Infantry Officer. He graduated from Air Assault and Airborne Schools, as well as earning the coveted Ranger Tab and Expert Infantryman’s Badge. His background in athletics includes lettering in track, cross-country, swimming, and volleyball. Tom tries his best to lead from the front by participating in local road races from 5K to marathons and triathlons.
Tom has engineered the backbone of Sergeant's Fitness Concepts from over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. His experience involves the most important aspects of running a fitness business, including management, sales, marketing, customer service, personal training, and group exercise instruction. He understands that a successful fitness service organization develops relationships with clients by listening to their needs and ensuring that they are getting what they need.
Tom feels strongly about creating a mutually beneficial relationship with everyone involved with Sarge Fitness. This includes not only the clients, but the trainers working for, and the partners associated with Sarge as well. This relationship is the foundation of our success because everyone wins!
