Barre Nation

My friends and I attended Barre Flow last night. It was a great combination of yoga and barre! The studio was clean and has a classy atmosphere. Our instructor was Erica. She was welcoming and a great instructor. The class ended with a lavender eye mask, which was lovely!!!I would definitely recommend this place!

Love, love, love this studio! I was so excited to see barre finally come to Summerville. My expectations were completely surpassed from the amazing instructors to the beautiful space. I look forward to my 6 am classes because of both.

What a beautiful experience! This studio is beautifully decorated, skillfully run and incredibly clean. Tons of space, great teachers, looking forward to many more classes! Highly recommend!

Great workout! I can feel the soreness in thigh and abs...    Studio is clean and nice and Nicole is wonderful, she’ll guide you if  modifications are needed.

After years without doing any kind of exercise I tried Barre . The studio is nice and super clean . My first class was with Hannah . She is very friendly and  does an amazing work teaching I will definitely recommend people from all ages to try it .

I love this workout studio!! Friendly staff and has a great workout atmosphere. Barre is so much different than any other workout I’ve ever done & I don’t think I’ll ever go back to another workout routine.

Barre Express this morning was on fire!! I loved Katie’s warmth and teaching style.
