I signed up for a 9:30 am PiYo class but when I got there, the schedule changed to a 10 am Muscle class. It was all okay, though. I worked out on the machines for 30 minutes then went into class. Wow! Kim provided amazing leadership and kicked our butt. My muscles are still burning. What I also like about Kim is that she introduced herself to each one of us, individually. At the end of the class, she high-fived each of us. She is an excellent motivator and supporter.
