Elevate YOU Pole Fitness and Aerobic Studio

The instructor was super kind, she took her time to make sure everyone in the class was following along. I’d definitely recommend her class

This is so much fun.. it truly is a place to have fun and get a good sexy work out in. I have absolutely no dance, rhythm ( lol) or pole experience and I had a good time. I just had a baby a few months ago and I never felt body judged or look down upon because I couldn't get certain moves. The only thing I would suggest is to tell new people registering is that you probably should invest in need pads, spray grip, etc.  I would give this place 10 Stars if it was an option. Fantastic experience!

I had a ball!!!! Now I am not a youngster and I have aches and pains everywhere ….. lol,  BUT it is doable.  It is a lot of work but the instructor Symaiah ( may be misspelled) and the other participants are very supportive. I am a lil shy but the atmosphere allows for comfort. I am looking forward to coming consistently to build my confidence, strength, flexibility, weight loss, and gain some serious skills

Love it!! I've taken two classes so far and I CAN-NOT wait for my next one!!  Everyone is super welcoming and supportive. I felt empowered, strong, and sexy! :)

This is my new favorite dance studio!! I just moved to Jersey and have tried out several dance studios and I have definitely had the most fun at Elevate YOU. My first class was awesome, everyone was so friendly, kind, and made me feel so comfortable. I like how casual and fun it is, yet you still learn a lot. I went on a Sunday and everyone brought food and drinks which was a super cool idea that I haven’t seen anywhere else. It truly feels like a big beautiful community where women can thrive together and empower one another. I’ll definitely be back!!

A considerable amount of time focusing on proper mechanics was spent on tonight class & really breaking down moves, making it a class that would be suitable for just about any ability level. The pace of the class was not one that someone would struggle to keep up with, and there were a variety of modifications and progressions the instructor offered to make each move easier or harder depending on your ability level. Join us! You will absolutely love it#polefitness

Super fun! I havent been to a pole class in about 7 years and missed it. Found Elevate You and decided to come. Welcoming fun environment and very skilled set of individuals. Definitely coming back!
