Justin is obsessed with all things human performance. He is passionate about sharing knowledge and helping people move towards a higher level physical capability.
Professionally Justin studied Exercise and Sports Science before
Podiatry giving him a unique perspective into complex lower limb
injuries and performance. Working in a Spots Medicine Clinic and
teaching at the University of Newcastle as a clinical educator with
Podiatry faculty keeps with quite busy when he isnt coaching and
training at The Movement Collective.
Athletically, Justin has a long history of elite sports including
Australian level touch, national level Sprinting and playing rugby
league with the Newcastle Knights and Wests Tigers. He then turned
his attention towards crossfit and movement where he now finds
himself as an advanced level Crossfit competitor and Crossfit
Coach.
