I never thought I’d say this but I’m in love with hot yoga! Kristin B.’s class is sometime I look forward to every week. She encourages her class to push themselves and also gives alternatives that are reachable. Every class starts with an intention and sometimes that reminder is just what we need to reconnect. Amanda is a RYT-200 hour certified yoga instructor who has been teaching at MojoFit Studios since July 2020. She teaches a variety of yoga classes at both MojoFit locations including Hot Yoga, Yin (power stretch) and Yinyasa. She has been a student within the Mojo community since 2015 and was drawn to teaching by the amazing support of the instructors at the studio.
Finding balance, flexibility and most importantly cleansing breath are the focus of her classes. A bit slower paced flow and encouragement to use props to meet your practice where your body is now. When she is not at Mojo, she is working as a compliance administrator and busy raising her 2 teen boys with her husband.
