I cannot say enough good about Windham Pilate and Wellness Center. The Pilates Reformer instructors always give a great class/workout and are able to make adaptations for individual members, but also as a group (depending on how the group of 6 or less feels). They use a large variety of equipment in addition to the reformer so that every workout is different. The atmosphere is warm and inviting and there is absolutely no judgement at this center. I love my workout there and I highly recommend this wellness center.
