I am a 1993 graduate of Body Therapy Center School of Massage with a well-rounded training in Clinical Deep Tissue, Sports Massage and Myofasical Release. My work focuses on treating clients for specific complaints as well as for an overall relaxing healing experience. As an All-American athlete and collegiate coach, I assist clients, from all walks of life, to reach their potential by using a combination of methods. This approach integrates sessions that are tailored to individual needs. I believe that we balance the body to still the mind, and we still the mind to reach deeper states of wholeness and health. In my spare time, I like to exercise and read.
