Me Time LLC invites you to take care of yourself so that you can
continue to do ALL the things you do. Work duties, family
responsibilities, social obligations, and more can be rewarding and
very fulfilling, but can ultimately cause you stress that can
impact you on a physical level, psychological level, and emotional
level. Addressing these effects can require a clinical and personal
care approach in order to get the best possible results.
At Me Time LLC, our primary practitoner, Toni Ridge, is
committed to helping our community reduce stress and pain and
enhance their health and well-being through evidence based massage,
bodywork (including Manual Lymph Drainage, Complete Decongective
Therapy, Reflexology, Cupping, Yomassage®, Aromatherapy), and
proven self-care methods including Yoga, meditation, educational
workshops and community events. Her Clinical Bodywork
Practice  can help you manage your chronic condition or
recover from an accident or injury while her Personal Care Services
can help you manage stress and maintain your optimal wellness.
We are excited to introduce Zep Milana, The “Minister of
Muscle”, to our practice. He offers personal training, nutritional
coaching, and accountability through Fire Within Betterment
Services through our Me Time LLC online or virtual platform. His
Personal Care services can help you strengthen your body, improve
your overall health and wellness or achieve personal goals.
We are always looking for like-minded practitioners who share in
our goal to improve the overall health and well-being of our
clientele through evidence-based complementary therapies or
personal care services to join the Me Time LLC practice in person
or virtually.
