I would like to thank Ms. Monica for providing my daughter a wonderful class. She carefully arranged the lesson and used her own experience to introduce ideas, such as piano accompaniment and the role of the accompanist. For repertoire pieces, she asked my daughter to bring up questions, such as which part she felt not confident to play and then they worked on the solution together to improve the technique. Big thanks to her patience and professional attitude on teaching!

Discovery Centre was founded in 2001 with one goal: to provide
exceptional musical learning experiences to every student. Our
original focus was on early childhood education – we worked to
carve out a niche and create a warm, inviting place where parents
and their children could come to receive specialized music
education, starting as early as newborns and continuing as they
grew. We were one of the first Early Childhood Music Education
Centres in York Region and very quickly became an industry leader,
setting high standards for early childhood education through music
with our Kindermusik programs.
Since then, we have
expanded to include engaging research-based programs for all ages
and are dedicated to providing the same exceptional musical
learning experiences to every student, whether they start learning
at 4 months, 4 years, or 104 years old!
