I wanted to update my workout routine of many years and Chris developed an evolving plan that is better for me and is meant to complement the cycling I do. It is exceeding my expectations! She takes a holistic approach that includes nutrition to reinforce the benefits of the exercise. It's just been a couple weeks, but I'm already feeling the progress.
