My son Nick is 14 and plays basketball and my daughter Nailah is 13 runs track, swims and plays basketball. We try to impress upon them a good work ethic and what it takes to raise you skills to the next level and be an all around good person. Attending Jude’s training programs and seeing other kids of all ages working on all different sports has had the biggest visual impact for them. They are excited about being future Olympians.
