In this slow to moderately paced class, you will gain a new knowledge and understanding of your body. With awareness to the mind, breath and body connection, using Yoga techniques and asana you will learn how to relax, stretch, strengthen and move your body safely. Level 1

This is an online class and you will also receive access to a library recording of the classes in this session.
You will need a yoga mat. There are 14 classes.

In this class we will explore a series of gentle, low impact stretches and poses that will help loosen tense muscles, deepen your breathing and relax your mind. These stretches and postures are easy for anyone to do, because you can tailor them to meet your own body’s needs with simple modifications. Level 1/2

Small Group Training offers Personalized Training in an affordable group session, along with benefitting from the energy of a group. Arlene (certified Personal Trainer) will provide a wide range of strength exercises, with dumbbells, stability balls, bands, and ropes. Posture and stabilization exercises will also be incorporated with bursts of cardio. Focus will be on technique, increasing strength, balance, and coordination. Consider this a Personal Training session with your friends! Each training session includes:

  • A weekly follow up email from your trainer with the workout of the week
  • Collective goal setting
  • Maximum 8 in a class.

This course is for participants who are already able to run at least 5k. We will work on increasing speed to run a personal best and on increasing endurance to provide participants with the potential to target longer races.
