My name is Lea LeLacheur, and I started my journey with Body Design many years ago, in fact I was one of Kim’s first Personal Training clients. During my first year training with Kim, I lost 50lbs!

During that same time, I started attending yoga classes at Body Design, and soon realized that I had a passion for the practice. As a result, I went on to become a certified Yoga Instructor and have been teaching for 10 years.

At a young age, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a neuromuscular condition which causes widespread chronic pain. Over years of managing my health, I have come to appreciate that yoga is my “go to” for physical and mental wellness. Yoga helps keep my muscles flexible and healthy, allowing me to relax at night and get a good night’s sleep.

Through yoga, I have been blessed to build a family of yoga friends that I hold dear to my heart. When I’m not practicing yoga, I love spending time with my pets, visiting family and friends, walking, gardening, watching sports and shopping for shoes!
