My husband and I have used Be Healthy Personal Trainer(Dara) for 6 years. It was definitely a good decision. We progressed from not being able to doing squats w/o a chair to squats with 15/20lb weights. The functional training, balance, carrying weights and walking up and down the stairs w/o holding on to mimic carrying our young grandchildren and calf raises(easily reach to a shelves that are taller then me). Dara changes up the exercises week to week, which makes our weekly training is always interesting.
