Renee’s focus is on innovative training, concentrating on transforming the body and mind, which she practicing through her 5 years competing in figure competitions. Her training method combines functional and traditional methods of working the body which include a unique combination of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports specific drills, CrossFit and Pilates. Renee is a certified Personal Training through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and a Certified CrossFit Coach.
“I have a undeniable desire to help others reach their personal health and fitness goals. I always think outside the box by developing uniquely, creative, effective, fitness program for my clients. My long standing goal is to motivate and encourage others to live a positive, healthy and active lifestyle. I take all of my clients very personally, as their progress is a reflection of me. I want everyone to succeed and reach their goal. Training is a journey, a necessity for a healthy lifestyle and through the good days and the bad ones I will be there”.
Renee always loves to challenge herself which makes her a better coach.
When not physically in the gym, Renee trains and competes in obstacle course races including the Spartan and Tough Mudder. And yes, she also played semi-professional football!
