After finding Pilates to rehabilitate from a dance
injury, Lindsay started teaching Pilates in 1985. Her degree
in Dance and Kinesiology created the foundation for her vast
knowledge of the moving body. Lindsay first opened Body
Dynamics in 1990 and later teamed up with her business partner,
Wendy McClure in 1998. After teaching for several years,
Lindsay deepened her knowledge of Pilates by attending two training
programs, The Pilates Center of Boulder and Polestar Pilates.
She went on to host workshops and mentor new instructors for
Polestar Pilates. Lindsay has arecently been trained in
Pfilates - Pelvic Floor Pilates. Early on in her career, Lindsay
was the co-creator of the FitBall program and continues to use the
ball in her practice on a daily basis. She has enjoyed
teaching both Pilates and fitness for years and specializes in
detail oriented corrective exercise programs. She has taken
extensive continuing education courses with a focus on the spine
and scoliosis. Problems solving and being creative are her
signature.
