Syd was first introduced to the Pilates Reformer in over a decade ago and she knew immediately that someday she’d become an instructor. She continued to work as a nutritionist, culinary instructor and pastry chef for years to come, always coming back to Pilates for fitness, stress relief and pain management. In 2018 she enrolled in a teacher training program and has been immersed in the world of Pilates and movement ever since. Syd has always loved being a teacher and she continues to love sharing knowledge of the body both inside and out.
Jennifer Knight has been practicing Pilates since 1993. She received her Pilates Instructor Certfication in 1995 from the Pilates Center in Boulder and has been in love with the method ever since! Jennifer has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 15 years and holds a masters in speech pathology. She combines all these skills in her teaching. Her other passions are hiking, cruise biking, paddle boarding, windsurfing, tennis, reading, ukelele and skateskiing. Jennifer lives in Boulder with her 18 year old daugther and husband with their dogs and chickens.
Molly is excited to share the healing effects of the Kaiut Yoga method. After breaking her femur, practice enabled and empowered her to walk then hike and run. Yoga was originally developed to help early humans stay adaptable while aging. Francisco Kaiut’s method calms the central nervous system to allow the body to heal itself and become youthful naturally. Molly taught middle school math since 2006 and was excited to begin teaching Kaiut Yoga in 2018!
Since her first Stott Pilates certification in 2003, Maria’s work has branched in many directions. A true teacher at heart, Maria shines in the classroom. Forever a student herself, it brings Maria great joy to share any knowledge that she acquires with all of her clients. Maria’s favorite offerings include services in Pilates & yoga instruction, group sound healing meditations, workshops and private sound therapy sessions.
Maria is working at the Atma Buti® Sound & Vibrational School in Boulder, CO, as opations manager of the school and the wholesale warehouse, Serenity Tibet in addition to teaching Pilates and Singing Bowl workshops at Body Dynamics.
Maria is an avid outdoors person and you will find her in her free-time hiking, biking, camping, skiing and loving being in the Colorado Mountains!
Certified as a joint mobility specialist through FRC, the
primary focus of Nick's training is efficiency: using the body as
the refined machine it is meant to be. We all wish to stay active
and capable. It is Nick's mission to help you hold on to this
feeling and to help you excel at your favorite activities.
Through mobilization and resistance training, we will reinforce
sound movement patterns in order to build strength efficiently and
comfortably. With Nick, you will build strength along with a sense
of control.
