Thank you for the support and encouragement as I start this journey of becoming a little fitter and more flexible. My first Slow and Mindful Yoga was most enjoyable - just feeling the stress and tension leave as I learned how to stretch and flex my muscles again!
Doing the Cor and Floor Pilates was quite a bit more challenging - but, despite feeling exhausted afterward - I can feel that it will benefit me in the long term!

I have been dancing since I was 5. I was born in Victoria and did Calisthenics for 4 years. We then moved to Qld where I found a club and continued on until I was about 14. I then joined a performing arts school on the weekends where I did Dancing, Acting and Singing – although the only singing I do these days is in the shower for the sake of those around me! I was a Zumba participant for about 8-9 years before I became an instructor about 2 years ago. I love seeing people smile and having fun while dancing and the joy just the music can bring to people. I love the amazing community that Zumba brings with it!
