Pilates Unleashed offers classes that are always challenging. I always feel better at the end of each class; stronger and more limber. Heidy is a wonderful instructor who knows what’s best for everyone and tailors the class for each client. She has a lovely personality and she can create a demanding class and make it fun at the same time!
