The beginner reformer class was absolutely amazing! I really enjoyed the workout, the class was fun (time flew by!) and I felt better and more flexible afterwards.
Cindy has been practicing Pilates since 2007 and trained with Peak Pilates to begin her teaching in 2014. She takes a special interest in improving overall fitness while aging gracefully with an emphasis on posture, balance and strength. Cindy's other happy place is as a designer for a local builder. She loves travel, hiking, nature, water sports and cooking.
