Sarah H Harrington, NCPTPilates Instructor Sarah first learned about Pilates in college as a challenging supplement to her yoga practice, but soon became fascinated by Pilates. Growing up in Maine, Sarah was a soccer player and a swimmer, and along the way found an appreciation for how daily movement practice creates both a strong, resilient body and a focused mind. Post Northeastern University in Boston and the start of a career in event management, Sarah’s passion for movement led her to become a fully trained classical Pilates instructor through Equinox Pilates Institute and the Pilates Method Alliance.Sarah’s experience with athletics and movement coaching inform her instructor style – form and function first, but her classes will challenge your physical limits. Out of the studio, Sarah enjoys riding her bike around town, swimming, paddleboarding, and baking.
