I've been working with Bonnie for 1 year and 3 months. I take her class 3 days a week and my body is so grateful. I had a lumbar fusion and need to constantly stretch. Her consistent direction allows me to get through the days with less pain.
The physical side effects are obvious in my ability to move but the emotional wellness that pilates and particularly Bonnie provide me cannot go without being mentioned. For 3 hours a week, the concentration that her class requires allows me to release the stress that everyday life brings.
