Natasha

Natasha has been a student of yoga for over 23 years. She felt the benefits helped her to stay sane raising 3 kids and working a full-time corporate job. She recently ended a corporate career and is pursuing a credential as a yoga therapist. She has a passion to help people live their best life. Natasha is a certified 200-hour RYS yoga instructor from Anahata Yoga and Wellness. She continues her yoga instructor education by also currently working on her 500-hour teacher training level. Natasha likes her classes to focus on the breath coordinated with movement to connect mind and body in her classes. Being present, focusing on breath and movement helps to decrease stress, bring the body back out of the constant fight or flight mode and increase energy.
