As a beginner, Lucie and her team make you feel so comfortable. In addition, the other attendees are so very nice as well. My muscles are tired by the end - great workout. I look forward to seeing changes after 30 days.

Shine Pilates Lex is conveniently located between Kroger and 5/3 Bank on Euclid Avenue. Free parking is available behind our building in the private lot and you may access our studio by the side door. Shine Pilates Studio is on the second floor in Suite 3.
