I have just started taking Duo classes for the first time and I am having a great experience.  Emily is a great teacher and very knowledgeable and cares for her clients.  Tracy is exceptionally the best and has a great studio and always cares to everyone needs.  I highly recommend Fiore Pilates .

Since 2004, Fiore Pilates has been serving clients in
Westchester County and has been voted best of Westchester 6
times.  We are a fully equipped classical Pilates studio
located in Mamaroneck, NY accross from Harbor Island Park.  We
offer a variety of services to accomodate all fitness
levels:  
-One-on-one personal training sesssions
-Small group equipment classes
-Virtual group mat classes
Our state of the art studio offers a welcoming, warm and safe
enviroment for our clients to workout.  Our instructors are
fully certified with years of hands on experience.  We provide
individual attention and workouts that are tailored to our client's
personal needs.
