This Pilates class was excellent! The instructor provided clear guidance, focusing on alignment, breath, and control throughout the session. I felt both challenged and supported, and the flow of exercises was well-balanced for strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. I left feeling refreshed, stronger, and more connected to my body. Highly recommend!
