A great session for my first ever Pilates class. Sara is lovely and the class was more fun, relaxing and also worked my muscles much more than I expected. Would recommend.
Personal Practice: I started dancing when I was 4, and later started practicing yoga in 2008. Yoga became a part of my daily life in 2017, helping me to connect my body and mind.
Teaching Since: dance since 2006 and yoga 2018
About My Classes: I start my classes with a mediation or pranayama (breathing) exercise, followed by a flow of asanas to connect your body and breathing, drawing awareness to your body and mind. A mix of building strength and increasing movement and flexibility. I want to share with you the benefits that yoga has given me - leaving class with a clear mind, and a strong and relaxed body.
About Me: I really began to notice and enjoy the benefits that yoga provided after having 2 children. Helping me to find some calm and peace in the chaos that can be life. Yoga started to become more than just asanas in a class and more about a way of living. I became curious about life and my place and purpose and I’m still on this exciting journey of learning and sharing some of the amazing philosophies of yoga.
When I’m not in the studio practicing yoga or pilates, you will find me teaching dance, riding my bike, baking cakes or enjoying the outdoors with my little family.
