The Seed Center classes are universally excellent! The breath and bodywork has been a major coping skill helping me through the stress of the pandemic. Additionally, the instructors are all thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I LOVE THE SEES CENTER!!!!!

This 3-day GYROTONER Program 1 course comes after Juliu’s changes to the previous GYROTONER Course. Take this course to review and learn the newest material. This course fulfills Continuing Education Credit for GYROTONIC® licensing
