I have been taking Shane’s Thursday morning 8:30 virtual Pilates class for nearly 2 years. I feel stronger, and more stable- this class has decreased my back pain significantly! Shane is warm and friendly and infuses humor throughout the class. It’s clear that she has a strong understanding of anatomy - she REALLY knows her stuff. Shane meets her students where they are by offering modifications for people with different abilities and needs. I really appreciate how Shane encourages us to listen to our bodies. I would highly recommend Shane’s class to anybody and I’m so glad I found her!
