This pilates studio is excellent. The owner and all the instructors are kind, helpful and so knowledgable. I've been coming to this studio three times a week for three years, and my flexibility, muscle tone, and strength have improved tremendously. I've played sports over the years, but until I started pilates, I didn't realized how much muscle tone and flexibility I'd lost. For me, coming to pilates is a must, and I totally enjoy it!
