I am really happy I found Function Pilates! I've only attended 2 classes so far and they have been really great. Liz has been my instructor for both sessions and she is really fantastic! In each class, Liz has offered variations so that movements can be more/less challenging depending on your level. It's been a while since I practiced on a regular basis and I find these classes to be just what I need to supplement my overall fitness. I plan to purchase a package to keep the momentum going.
In my class, clients will experience an integration of moderate to challenging (but fun) workouts, with an emphasis on self-care, tuning in, awareness, sweating, and moving. My goal is for clients to embody Pilates and apply it to everyday life.
